The Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) is a four-year degree program offered by Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Management, following an annual exam system. This program is designed to develop dynamic managers equipped to handle responsibilities across diverse sectors. Recognizing the challenges of today’s competitive business environment, the curriculum focuses on imparting practical, reality-based skills essential for organizing and managing various types of organizations.
Students can specialize in General Management, Marketing Management, Finance & Accountancy, and Management Science. The program prepares graduates to thrive in a rapidly evolving and ever-changing business landscape. Since 2054 BS, UNIVERSAL College has been offering this BBS program in the morning shift, with a strong emphasis on information technology and employability skills to enhance career readiness.

Specific Objectives
- Provide students with the conjectural knowledge of business and administration to develop a broad management perspective.
- Develop students into competent and responsible managers by equipping them with the required skills, abilities, and necessary attitude.
- Motivate students to become catalysts of change in Nepalese society by exploring their entrepreneurial capabilities.
- Create a passionate environment for higher studies to encourage involvement in teaching, research, consultancy, and related fields.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized academic institution.
- Must have secured at least second division (45% and above) or minimum 1.8 CGPA.
- Eligible to enroll in the BBS program under these criteria.
